Which file formats are supported for imports?
CSV uploads are supported for self-service imports. Patreon, Ko-fi and other exports can be mapped through the import workflow when the data columns are available.
What happens to my data during supporter import?
ClaimYourRank keeps import and payment actions audited server-side. Fan Passport identity and paid-access checks are handled without turning failed UI actions into successful access changes.
Which fees apply and how are they calculated?
Direct donations stay fee-free for ClaimYourRank. Paid rewards and Support Passes use the configured commerce fee rules shown on the fees page.
How do I set up Stripe payouts?
Open payments in your creator dashboard and complete payment setup. The dashboard shows which steps are still missing before paid checkout.
Can I use moderation tools and roles?
Yes. Safety, report, appeal and moderation routes are designed to keep community actions explicit and auditable.
How secure is my community data?
