ClaimYourRank is a platform for creator-owned communities. Creators can build public pages, import supporter history, invite fans to create a Fan Passport, publish posts and media, offer paid creator products and receive Direct Donations.

The platform separates recognition, identity, support and paid access. Imports and claims are recognition workflows. Payments and access are handled separately.

Account data: name or display name, email address, login credentials or authentication identifiers, account role, security settings, session data and account preferences.

Creator profile and Creator Page data: creator name, slug, profile details, creator community settings, public page content, Community Rank, badges, supporter wall settings, posts, media metadata, offer descriptions, pricing and access settings.

Supporter and claim data: supporter display name, email address where provided, claim token or claim status, creator-specific Fan Passport data, visibility settings, badges, supporter-level status, entitlement summaries and support history connected to a creator.

Legacy import data: CSV or platform-export data imported by creators, such as display names, email addresses, source platform, tier names, amounts, currencies, support dates, notes, duplicate status and review status. Imported data is used for mapping, review, claim preparation and recognition. It must not be shown publicly as raw import data.

Payment and commerce data: payment status, payment type, checkout reference, Stripe identifiers, purchased offers, entitlement status, refund or dispute status, tax calculation status and accounting-related records. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by ClaimYourRank.

Content and media data: posts, uploads, media metadata, download access records, gated-content access records, comments or public page content where supported.

Usage, log and security data: IP address, timestamps, browser/device information, request logs, security events, rate-limit events, audit logs and error logs.

Communication data: messages sent to privacy@beta.claimyourrank.com, support requests, report submissions, data rights requests and operational notices.

We receive data from:

Providing the platform: account creation, login, Creator Pages, Fan Passport, claims, access checks and creator dashboard. Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract.

Payments and creator commerce: checkout, payment status, platform fees, access grants, refunds, disputes and accounting records. Legal basis: performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Legacy import and claiming: mapping imported supporter history, preparing claim records, avoiding duplicates and enabling creator-specific recognition. Legal basis: legitimate interests of creators and ClaimYourRank, contract performance where applicable and consent where required by the specific flow.

Security and abuse prevention: fraud prevention, rate limiting, audit logs, moderation, abuse reports, account protection and platform integrity. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligations.

Legal compliance: tax, accounting, consumer protection, rights requests, legal notices, dispute handling and law-enforcement requests where required. Legal basis: legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Communication: responding to messages, support requests, reports and data rights requests. Legal basis: contract performance, legitimate interests or legal obligation depending on the request.

Optional marketing or analytics: only if separately enabled and consented where required. Legal basis: consent where required.

Direct Donations have 0% ClaimYourRank platform fee. They are support-only payments and do not unlock paid access, Community Rank, badges, Support Passes, paid perks, gated posts or media drops by default.

Paid creator offers include Support Passes, paid perks, paid media drops, bundles, gated posts and access-based Fan Season offers. Paid creator offers use a 10% ClaimYourRank platform fee on the pre-tax offer amount.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Creators sell through their connected Stripe account where checkout is enabled. Stripe may process payment, identity, fraud-prevention, tax and compliance data according to its own terms and privacy notices.

ClaimYourRank stores payment references and status information needed to operate checkout, access, refunds, disputes, reconciliation and platform fees. ClaimYourRank does not store full payment card details.

ClaimYourRank is hosted on a netcup VPS.

Depending on enabled features, additional processors or infrastructure services may include Stripe for payments and connected accounts; Cloudflare R2 or Cloudflare Stream for uploads, storage or video/media delivery, if configured; an email provider such as Resend, Postmark or SMTP, if configured; and OAuth providers such as Google, YouTube, Twitch or Facebook, if enabled.

ClaimYourRank uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for login, session security, CSRF protection, checkout state, account preferences and abuse prevention.

We do not claim marketing pixels or analytics are used by default. If analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, this policy must be updated and consent added where required.

Fans may be able to choose whether their Fan Passport identity appears private, visible to the creator, public or anonymous public. Public pages must not reveal imported emails, raw CSV data, payment identifiers, Stripe identifiers, private notes, secrets or signed media URLs.

ClaimYourRank is not intended for children below the age required to create an account or enter into online contracts in their jurisdiction. Creators must not intentionally collect children's personal data through imports, pages, posts or creator offers.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, providers, legal requirements or processing activities change. The updated version will be published on this page.
