Direct Donations

Direct Donations are for fans who simply want to support you. They can send a thank-you, leave a message or appear as a supporter moment, but a donation alone does not unlock paid access.

Direct Donations do not create Support Passes, gated content access, paid perks, media drops, subscriptions or automatic Community Rank upgrades.

Stripe/payment fees may still apply through your connected payment account.

Creator Commerce covers paid offers inside your Fan Season: Support Passes, paid rewards, media drops, bundles, gated posts and access-based creator products.

The ClaimYourRank fee is calculated on the offer price before tax. Tax, VAT, GST, sales tax, Stripe fees and optional payment-fee coverage stay separate.

Supporter Import & Invitations

Imported supporter history is used for review and context, not surprise billing. When you import from Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad or CSV, ClaimYourRank can prepare historical badges, invite links, supporter records and review queues.

Imports do not create payments, subscriptions, invoices or active paid access. Fans can connect supporter history safely before buying anything.

Community Rank are not a public payment ranking. Creators can receive simple support without a ClaimYourRank platform fee, while paid creator products fund the platform through a transparent commerce fee.
