How it works

Turn old and new supporters into a living Fan Season.

ClaimYourRank is built for creators who want more than a generic profile or shop. You create a branded Fan Season, import supporter history when needed, let fans connect safely, and keep access separate from supporter history.

Step 1

Build your Fan Season first

Start with a page style that fits your creator identity: Moon Shrine, Neon Arcade, Artist Atelier, Guild Hall, Idol Stage or Cozy Cafe. Each template gives your page a structure, not just colors: hero, Community Recognition, Community Rank, badges, stamps, posts, Support Passes, rewards, drops and invite sections. Your fans are not forced into generic paid tiers. They can become Moonkeepers, Regulars, Guildmates, Backstage Crew, Founders or whatever your community actually calls itself.

Step 2

Import history without creating paid access

If you already have supporters from Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad or CSV, ClaimYourRank analyzes the file before anything goes public. The import detects fields, masks private emails, finds duplicates, separates active and inactive supporters, and shows which rows are ready or need review. Historical support can create Fan Passports, invite candidates, capped starting Community Rank context and badge suggestions, but it does not create subscriptions, invoices, payments, tax records, active Support Passes or automatic gated access.

Safe import - masked emails - no automatic access
Step 3

Review exceptions before publishing

Most clean rows can be accepted automatically. Unclear rows stay in exception queues, such as missing email, duplicate match, unknown tier or inactive supporter. You can review each row, apply recommendations, keep rows private, or publish only the safe part. Publishing the import is a deliberate step. You decide whether to create historical badges, prepare invite links, show Community Recognition entries or include all-time supporters.

Step 4

Fans connect their Fan Passport

After publishing, fans connect through a creator-specific invite page. An invite links their supporter history to their account and creates a Fan Passport for that creator. The Passport can show display name, current Community Rank, supporter history, badges and active access summary, but visibility is controlled by the fan. They can stay private, visible only to the creator, public, or anonymous public. An invite alone never triggers a purchase, Support Pass, paid-content unlock, or Community Rank change tied to giving money.

Fan Passport - private by default
Step 5

Supporter history and access stay separate

ClaimYourRank treats Community Rank and Supporter Status as different things. Community Rank is built from activity, belonging and creator-approved recognition. Supporter Status is about optional paid support or access. That means fans can be acknowledged for being part of the community without turning your page into a public spending contest. Paid content opens only through an active Support Pass, a paid reward, a media drop purchase, or an explicit creator grant.

Community Rank ≠ Supporter Status
Step 6

Launch when the page is ready

Your public Fan Season can stay in draft until the important parts are ready: profile, slug, template, custom language, Fan Passport, Community Rank, badges, posts, payments, import review and launch checklist. You can launch a free page first, then add Support Passes, paid rewards, media drops, gated posts, direct support, campaigns, polls and checkout later.

Draft first - launch controlled
Calm by design

Supporter history without pressure. Access only when explicit.

ClaimYourRank is designed so creators can migrate without pressure and fans can reconnect without surprise charges. Import history is supporter history. Access is explicit. Invitations never charge fans or create subscriptions. Visibility is controlled. Your Fan Season becomes a place where previous support, current activity and community identity finally live together.
