ClaimYourRank provides tools for creator-owned Fan Seasons. Creators can build public Fan Pages, import legacy supporter history, invite fans to claim a Fan Passport, publish posts and media, offer paid creator products and receive Direct Donations.

ClaimYourRank is not a guarantee of income, growth, tax compliance, platform migration success or audience engagement.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by ClaimYourRank's breach of duty.

We may suspend or restrict accounts where necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect platform integrity.

Creators are responsible for:

Fans may follow creators, claim supporter history, appear in recognition areas where visibility allows, make Direct Donations or buy creator offers.

Supporters are responsible for providing accurate invite and checkout information. If you believe an invite record is wrong or your data is being used incorrectly, contact support@beta.claimyourrank.com.

Supporter Import and invitations are history workflows. Creators may import supporter history from sources such as Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad or CSV files. Imported history can help prepare invite records, historical badges, founder badges or supporter wall entries.

An invite connects a fan to creator-specific supporter history and may update the fan's Fan Passport. Paid access requires an explicit purchase or creator grant.

Importing or connecting supporter history never creates:

Community Rank are intended to represent belonging, recognition, history or activity inside a creator community. They are not a public money leaderboard.

Supporter Status or active access depends on explicit access rules, such as Support Passes, paid perks, paid media drops, gated posts, active subscriptions where supported or creator grants.

Direct Donations do not automatically increase Community Rank or unlock paid access.

Direct Donations are voluntary support payments to a creator.

ClaimYourRank platform fee on Direct Donations: 0% ClaimYourRank platform fee. Stripe/payment fees may still apply.

Direct Donations do not unlock:

Paid creator offers include Support Passes, paid perks, paid media drops, bundles, gated posts and access-based Fan Season offers.

ClaimYourRank platform fee on paid creator offers: 10% on the pre-tax offer amount.

Tax, VAT, GST, sales tax, Stripe/payment fees and optional processing-fee coverage stay separate. Paid creator offers can create access or entitlements only after confirmed payment or an explicit creator grant.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Where checkout is enabled, creators sell through their connected Stripe account. ClaimYourRank may collect platform fees from eligible paid creator offer payments.

ClaimYourRank does not store full card details. Stripe/payment processing fees, refunds, disputes, tax calculation fees or other payment-provider charges may apply.

Creators are responsible for keeping their Stripe account accurate, verified and ready to receive payments.

Creators remain responsible for their own tax registration, tax calculation settings, filing, remittance, invoicing and accounting obligations unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Stripe Tax or similar tools may help calculate taxes where configured, but ClaimYourRank does not promise that all tax obligations are solved.

ClaimYourRank platform fees are not calculated on tax amounts.

Refunds, chargebacks, failed payments or disputes may change or revoke access, entitlements, membership status or paid-content availability.

Creators are responsible for describing their refund terms clearly. ClaimYourRank may provide platform tools to reflect refunds, disputes and entitlement changes.

If you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with statutory withdrawal rights, you may have legal cancellation or withdrawal rights.

For digital content, immediate access or digital services, the right of withdrawal may depend on required consent, acknowledgement and legal conditions at checkout. ClaimYourRank and creators must not hide statutory consumer rights.

Checkout flows for digital content or immediate access should collect the required consent and acknowledgement where legally needed.

Creators and users must not upload, publish or promote illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive or prohibited content.

ClaimYourRank may remove content, restrict access, suspend pages, disable offers or terminate accounts where necessary to enforce the Terms, Content Policy, law, safety rules or payment-provider requirements.

You can report illegal content, rights violations, privacy issues, impersonation, harassment, abusive Creator Pages or safety concerns by contacting abuse@beta.claimyourrank.com.

Reports should include enough detail to identify the content, page, creator, URL, reason and your contact information if you want a response.

ClaimYourRank may change, pause, restrict or discontinue features. We aim to operate the platform reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific revenue, permanent feature availability or continued access to third-party services such as Stripe, hosting, email or media infrastructure.

ClaimYourRank, the platform design, software, branding and system content are owned by ClaimYourRank or its licensors.

Creators and users keep rights to their own content, but grant ClaimYourRank the rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, transmit and operate that content as part of the platform.

Creators must only upload content they have the right to use.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability or statutory consumer rights.

Otherwise, ClaimYourRank is liable only according to applicable law and only for damages caused by breach of material contractual obligations, misconduct or legal duties attributable to ClaimYourRank.

You may stop using ClaimYourRank at any time. Account deletion, creator-page deletion or offer deactivation may be subject to retention obligations for payment, tax, accounting, legal, security or dispute reasons.

ClaimYourRank may suspend or terminate accounts or creator pages for serious or repeated violations.

We may update these Terms when the product, legal requirements, payment flows or platform rules change. Material changes will be communicated where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of another jurisdiction apply.
