What a Fan Passport is
A Fan Passport is a fan's creator-specific identity inside your Fan Season. It can show display name, supporter history, badges, current Community Rank, recognition and active-access summary.
Why fans connect
Fans connect to carry past support into the Fan Season, appear in Community Recognition if they choose and keep identity creator-specific.
Visibility choices
Fan Passport identity should not be forced public. Fans should be able to stay private, visible only to the creator, public or anonymous public depending on what the product supports.
Connecting history is not checkout
An invite does not start a subscription, create an invoice, charge the fan, unlock paid content or activate a Support Pass. Paid access must come from an explicit purchase or creator grant.
How creators should explain it
Tell fans that connecting is about supporter history and Fan Passport identity. If paid offers exist, explain them separately so fans understand the difference between supporter history and active paid access.
