Direct support is 0%
Direct support has a 0% ClaimYourRank platform fee. It is for fans who simply want to support a creator. Payment-processing fees may still apply through the connected payout account.
Donations do not unlock access
Direct support does not unlock Support Passes, paid perks, gated posts, media drops, Community Rank or paid access by default. It is support, not a Support Pass purchase.
Paid creator offers are 10%
Paid creator offers use a 10% ClaimYourRank platform fee on the pre-tax offer amount. This includes Support Passes, paid perks, paid media drops, bundles, gated posts and access-based creator products.
Tax stays separate
The 10% platform fee is calculated on the pre-tax offer amount, not on tax, VAT, GST, sales tax or optional payment-fee coverage. Tax and payment processing should be shown separately.
Access comes from explicit offers
Paid access comes from confirmed paid creator offers or creator grants. Examples include active Support Passes, paid perks, paid drops, gated products, coupons or manually granted access.
