Setup guide

Design a Fan Season before you sell anything.

Choose your ClaimYourRank Theme Pack, Fan Passport language, Community Rank, badges and launch structure.

Guide overview

A strong Fan Season should feel like your community, not a generic checkout. Before you add paid offers, define the page your fans are joining.

Guide sections

What to review

Each section keeps Fan Passport identity, recognition, access and paid support clearly separated.

Choose the page style

Your page can use a Theme Pack such as Gold Prestige, Dark Guild, Neon Arena, Cozy Club, Streamer Night, Music Drop, Clean Minimal or Anime Quest. The theme should influence language, Community Rank, badges, recognition and the way fans appear.

Name the people inside it

Generic labels like member or subscriber are often too flat. Use fan-facing names that match your community: Moonkeepers, Guildmates, Regulars, Backstage Crew, Patrons, Founding Fans or custom labels.

Define Community Rank and badges

Community Rank and badges should show belonging, activity or creator-approved community moments. They should not become a public payment ranking. Keep paid access separate from Community Rank.

Build the page sections

A Fan Season should start with Hero, Fan Passport, Current Season, Daily Check-in, Top Fans, Support Pass, Latest Content and Community Recognition. Keep shops, coupons, bundles and custom perks as Advanced areas.

Launch free first if needed

You can publish a free Fan Season first and add paid creator commerce later. This is useful when you want fans to connect supporter history before asking them to buy anything.

Checklist

  • Pick a Fan Season Theme Pack
  • Write your creator-specific fan names
  • Define Community Rank labels and badge meanings
  • Decide what appears in Community Recognition
  • Add posts, media or launch notes
  • Keep paid offers disabled until they are ready
  • Preview the page before publishing

Do I need paid Support Passes before launch?

No. You can launch a free Fan Season first and add the Support Pass later.

Can Community Rank be based on something other than money?

Yes. Community Rank should reflect belonging, history, activity and creator-approved badges, not public spending.

Can I change the page style later?

The page should allow iteration, but avoid changing core language too often once fans identify with it.
